She said the eight to none month unity government seemed too tight of time for Barisan Nasional to explain on their agreement to voters.
"However, I believe we have more time now to explain after the formation of the state governments, menteri besar and excos," she told Sinar.
She further said their slim victory in the polls was link to race and religious sentiments played by certain parties.
Bibi Sharliza did not rule out possibility that early votes from the army were seen not giving their votes to the ruling party and this had given an impact to the voting results.
"This is completely different than the previous elections (GE13 and prior to that), she said.
In last week's state elections, Barisan Nasional in Negeri Sembilan contested in 17 state seats but only won 14 seats as compared to 16 seats won previously.
Bibi Sharliza had secured 4,549 votes, a narrow majority over her opponent in Perikatan Nasional (PN) contested by former Kuala Pilah MP Datuk Eddin Syazlee Shith who won with 4,471 votes.
Bibi Sharliza, the Negeri Sembilan Umno chief acknowledged that women were increasingly accepted in the world of politics as seen in GE15.
“is Umno only about the president? And does the president have to shoulder the entire responsibility? Even when we win, what about that?
“We do not need to ask the president to step down and to me everyone needs to take the responsibility of the loss. Not only the president," she said.
The state polls results saw BN recording the worst defeat winning only 19 out of 108 seats contested. BN won 14 seats in Negeri Sembilan, two each in Selangor and Penang. Umno also won one seat in Kelantan. - Awani
