PETALING JAYA - A man allegedly killed his father and dumped the body, which had been wrapped with a curtain, on the side of a road in front of a condominium in Sungai Way last Saturday." According to a source, the body of the 74-year-old was found at 2 am.

The investigation revealed injuries to the head, a suspected broken left hand, and bruises on the victim's chest.

An inspection of the victim's house revealed traces of bloodstains on the bedroom wall and door, as well as drag marks in the living room," he revealed today.

He also said an examination of the vehicle allegedly used by the suspect in his 40s to transport the victim discovered traces of bloodstains on the rear passenger seat.

The suspect, who is also the victim's biological son, has been arrested. He is suspected of beating his father to death with a shovel.

"The suspect then wrapped the victim's body with a curtain before leaving it on the side of the road.

"We will issue further statements regarding the incident in the near future," he said.
