'Hadi's fatwa changes every election' - Mat Sabu

MUAR - Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) President Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu claims that Pas President Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang often raises fatwa issues that change every time during the election.

The Kota Raja MP said for example, that he had previously stated that the Umno people's faith was broken but that he could be with the party on the grounds saying that Umno and Barisan Nasional (BN) were God's gift.

"The same can be done with DAP before because this party is accused of supporting the Constitution and supporting democracy even after the election in 2013, the President of Pas campaigned for the DAP candidate in Teluk Intan.

"Praises DAP for being a progressive party that upholds the Constitution. When they divorce (break the relationship) DAP is now laballed as communist.

"This is not strange, 'he will change in every election' but Muslims believe what he says," he said.

He said this in a special ceramah exposing Hadi's alleged lies at Taman Sri Kaseh here yesterday.

Also present were Amanah Communications Director Khalid Samad, Umno Supreme Council Member Datuk Ahmad Maslan and Johor Amanah Chairman Aminolhuda Hassan.

In the meantime, Mohamad or better known as Mat Sabu admitted that he was upset with Hadi when he allegedly conspired to overthrow the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government after 22 months of ruling through the Sheraton Move.

"He should not have agreed with the Sheraton group to overthrow the government, he should have said to be patience, we are on our way to victory, with a little patience we can take over (the federal government) but not the other way around with the mob to overthrow the government.

"Recently Hadi repeated again where the state election in six states will change the government (Federal) then will win three (states), he (Perikatan Nasional) wins three (states). After the by-election in Johor (allegedly will) change the (Federal) government," he said.

In the meantime, Mat Sabu assured that his party will continue to work with Umno in the Unity Government and it has become a principle and principle that he will give full commitment.

"When I was friends with Umno, I really love Umno now. I'm not the type to be in love with Mat Maslan (Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan) (but) wink at other people, 'no', that's Pas's behavior, now he's friends with Bersatu (Parti Pribumi Bersatu).

"When he was friends with Keadilan (PKR) and DAP he winked at Umno, now with Bersatu.

"Don't worry Mat Maslan, my love for you has not changed. We will be together, including in Johor under the Unity Government," he said.
