SHAH ALAM - 'No More Bets' made history by becoming the first Chinese language film to gross RM10 million in just four days since its release on Sept 7.

Featuring renowned actors such as Lay Zhang, Gina Jin, Yong Mei and Eric Wang, the film directed by Ao Shen also became the most-watched and fastest-grossing Chinese language film.

'No More Bets' tells a story of two individuals who are ensnared in an online scam during the digital era, leading them to be used and forced into extensive cybercriminal activities.

Furthermore, as a result of the fraud, a victim nearly tried to commit suicide prompting the police to investigate the mastermind behind the cybercrime that caused numerous individuals to suffer millions of ringgit in losses.

Produced by Dirty Monkeys, 'No More Bets' is hoped to provide lessons and benefits, especially to those exposed to and easily deceived by cybercriminal schemes.
