SHAH ALAM - IWK Eco Park@Pantai Dalam, a sports and recreational park managed by Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) Sdn Bhd, welcomed members of the local community for a vibrant "Fitness & Film" day to mark the occasion of Malaysia Day.

The event aimed to enhance the company's engagement with nearby community members while embracing the spirit of unity on Malaysia Day through an energetic celebration that emphasised health, wellness, and fun.

The "Fitness & Film" day provided a unique opportunity for community members from surrounding areas to come together and enjoy a day filled with fitness activities and outdoor cinema.

Visitors engaged in lively Zumba classes and enjoyed relaxing yoga sessions, led by celebrity instructors Atilia Haron, Hanif Shawn, and Yasmin Hani.

These activities motivated participants to prioritise their physical well-being and fostered a sense of camaraderie among visitors.

As the sun set, the crowd gathered in a comfortable outdoor setting for an open-air movie screening under the stars.
