Rumah Ngaji Melaka makes an educational trip to Karangkraf

SHAH ALAM - A total of 45 participants from Rumah Ngaji and Sahabat Al-Quran Melaka participated in an educational trip held at the Karangkraf Group Complex here on Wednesday.

Rumah Ngaji Melaka founder Hayati Mohamad said that the tour was to learn more about the Quran and to recite some verses and surah.

Hayati added that the programme was also aimed at giving exposure and experience for the participants to have a feel of the My #QuranTime (MQT) studio here and to feel for themselves the atmosphere when a recording takes place.

"The tour programme carried out today is one of the external activities for our organisation.

"We started gathering as early as 6.30am at the Melaka International Trade Center (MITC) mosque grounds to go to the MQT studio to follow the recording, which will take place at 10.30am.

"Next, we will continue this visit to the Rehlah Nabawiyyah museum, Yayasan Restu in Section 10," she said when met by Sinar on Wednesday.

Hayati added that she was grateful to Sinar Karangkraf Special Duties Senior Manager Hashim Anang for taking the group on a tour of the Karangkraf Complex area here.

"I would like to thank him (Hashim) for generously taking the time to take us to the Karangkraf printing factory and the surrounding areas.

"I also hope that they are willing to accept our group's visit in the future," she said.
