IPOH - Malaysia Property Expo (Mapex) Perak 2023, hosted by the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (Rehda), offers 8,000 property units with a total value of RM4 billion.

Rehda Perak branch chairman Raymond Chan Chee Keong said the properties involved are offered by 20 developers participating in the expo, which runs from Oct 6 to 8, 2023, at Ipoh Parade.

He said the properties include single-storey and double-storey terrace houses, semi-detached houses, office shops, bungalows and commercial units.

"The price of the houses is as low as RM200,000 and up to RM3.2 million, depending on the location and type of housing unit, and special financing packages are also offered to potential buyers.

"We bring developers involved in real estate locations such as Bandar Sri Klebang, Bandar Seri Botani, Tambun, Kampar, Taiping and other strategic locations,” he said at a press conference here today.

Mapex Perak 2023 is a one-stop centre that brings together real estate development industry players and offers products under construction or completed.

"Prospective buyers do not need to bother to get information about the property unit of their choice because all the information is provided through the expo.

"We strongly encourage people to take the opportunity at the expo this time to buy their dream home as house prices are expected to continue rising,” he said, adding that about 30,000 people are expected to visit the expo.
