SHAH ALAM - Sensational football star Cristiano Ronaldo and his Al-Nassr team-mates have appeared in a new video wearing traditional Saudi robes and wielding swords.

The clip, posted onto the team's social media account, showcases three children making their way throughout the club stadium and spotting a number of stars engaging in traditional activities.

Some of Al-Nassr's main players such as Sadio Mane also appear in the video

The video also featured other football stars such as Marcelo Brozovic, Otavio, Talisca and Alex Telles

The video caption uploaded on X was : 'All together. For one flag. We Dream, and Achieve' with a number of emojis following it.

Saudi will celebrate its national day this Saturday, and its likely that the video is due to the celebrations that will be ongoing over the weekend.

Ronaldo is also seen dancing in the video to the rhythm of Arabic drum beats.

For the record, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner made a surprise decision when he chose to play in Asia by joining the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, receiving more than 400 million euros (RM1.84 billion) for the transfer.

It includes 200 million euros (RM919.99 million) to help Saudi Arabia bid for the right to host the 2030 World Cup.
