KUALA LUMPUR - Porsche Malaysia, represented by Sime Darby Auto Performance, launched the new locally assembled Porsche Cayenne today exclusively for the Malaysian market.

Sime Darby Auto Performance chief executive officer Christopher Hunter said the car model mainly targeted the 20 to 50-year-old age group and those who appreciated the design and performances.

"The Cayenne model is a sport utility vehicle car that can fit up to five people comfortably so it is suitable for inter-state travel and going to the shop.

"For now the demand for the car is very strong in Malaysia, if you are to place your order today, you might be getting the car by this year," he told Bernama after the launching event here today.

It is available for public viewing at The International Gallery at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on Oct 7 and 8, 2023.
