SHAH ALAM - After being a politician and a radio DJ, former health minister Khairy Jamaluddin now adds acting to his repertoire. He truly does it all.
In a video posted on Khairy's official Instagram account, he played the role of a food delivery rider in a promotional video for Pak Mat Western restaurant, garnering significant attention from netizens.
In the video, Khairy, fondly known as KJ, answers a phone call and accepts the company’s offer.
The former Umno Youth chief and Rembau member of parliament then puts on the company's uniform and takes off on a motorcycle, selling the company’s famous marinated mutton to passersby.
The video has garnered over 80,000 likes since it was posted, evoking amusement among netizens.
After losing his parliamentary seat in the last general election, Khairy has pursued alternative career paths. This has won praise among netizens for his unwavering determination and resilience.
Instragram account user Izzar said Khairy is the real “Greatest of All Time” (GOAT).
One Instagram user, Syuhadajane, said, "It is no surprise if Khairy wins the 'Most Popular Star' award next year.
