Najib’s brother weds cosmetics founder
KUALA LUMPUR – Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s younger brother Tan Sri Mohamed Nazir Razak has been the talk of social media users as a wedding picture of him and his bride Yati Zainuddin surfaces on social media.
The photo was first shared by Najib's youngest son, Norashman which showed the former CIMB Bhd (CIMB) chairman putting a ring on his partner’s finger.
"Congrats Uncle Jay @nazir.razak," he wrote in his caption.
Yati is a businessman and co-founder of Bluemolly Cosmetics.
The wedding ceremony which took place at a leading hotel in the capital tonight (Friday) was also attended by Capital A Bhd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tan Sri Tony Fernandes.
Fernandes had also uploaded several photos with speculative captions, which Nazir had responded to.
"Getting ready to look beautiful for my bestie for his big day," he wrote in a post.
"Thank you bro. Our love for you isn't dependent on how you look, in case you didn't know that," Nazir replied.
Previously, Nazir was married to Puan Sri Datuk Azlina Aziz and they were blessed with two children. The couple had gotten divorced this year. - AWANI
