SHAH ALAM - A video posted by Israel's national broadcaster Kan on X (formerly Twitter) of Israeli children singing "We will annihilate everyone" in Gaza shocks the world.

In the video, the children were seen singing in celebration and support for the Israeli army's genocide campaign of Palestinians in Gaza.

The so-called 'Friendship Song 2023' contained genocidal lyrics like: "Autumn night falls over the beach of Gaza, planes are bombing, destruction, destruction. Within a year we will annihilate everyone and then we will return to plow our fields. And we will remember everyone, the pretty and the pure."

The lyrics were translated by independent writer and filmmaker David Sheen.

In the background were footage of the destructions in Gaza due to attacks by the Israeli forces.

Author Lama Bazzari who reposted the music video on her Instagram, claimed that the original video posted by Kan had been removed shortly amid an outcry.

"Sadly, Israeli children are indoctrinated and radicalised into this fascist Zionist ideology at a young age, growing up to harbor hate, vilify, segregate, subjugate, treat Palestinians as subhumans and justify the killing and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians daily since the 1948 #nakba across the occupied West Bank, Jerusalem and Gaza," she wrote.

She also put a note in her caption saying "we posted this video to showcase the unfortunate brainwashing of young children's minds, that occurs within Israeli society and will not tolerate any personal attacks on the children and ill remove such comments."

The video garnered thousands of comments with many saying that this was an undeniable proof of hate and racism and a terrifying level of propaganda.

Calling for an immediate ceasefire in the comments section, PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar wrote "@potus (US president Joe Biden) and your Congress blocks the phrase fro the river to the sea? Why are you gys bent on denying the truth an accepting this call for ethnic cleansing by your allies?!! Do the right thing and reinstate @rashidatlaib's right to speak in Congress - and demand for an immediate ceasefire!"

An Instagram user commented that this was an "undeniable proof that hate and racism are not innate rather, they are taught."

Another social media user wrote: "@israelfilm talks about this in American Jews. These children are innocent. They are taught to hate from such an early age, it's this indoctrination that by the tie these kids become adults, hatred for Palestinians in a part of their existence and they no longer see Palestinians as human.

Another commented: "This fascist indoctrination is so dangerous for our world. It's creating a radicalism that will last generations."

At least 13,000 Palestinians have been killed and 30,000 wounded in Gaza since Israel launched its attacks on Oct 7.
