KUALA LUMPUR: Community Communications Department (J-Kom) assistant officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani has been uncontactable and has not appeared to aid police investigations into the indecent video conversation case.

Wahab was recently 'caught' in a three minute video clip with former (J-Kom) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff which went viral recently.

During a press conference at a hotel in Bangi last week, Agus had claimed that the video had been doctored and he had lodged a police report on the matter.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain the Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department had been tracking Wahab but to no avail.

"Although he has been called to aid investigations, so far he has not turned up.

"We have used various methods to contact him, including calling him on his cell phone, but his phone seems to be dead," he told Sinar when contacted yesterday.

Razarudin said that the police even tracked Abdul Wahab through his lawyer, but even that had failed as Wahab had not been answering his phone calls.

"Therefore, I ask for Wahab to appear immediately to help investigations so that we can solve this case immediately.

Earlier in a press conference with Agus, Wahab revealed the act of recording the conversation between himself and Agus was masterminded by an individual known as Mr H.
