PADANG TERAP - Perikatan Nasional (PN) elections director general Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor claims to have enough statutory declarations (SD) to topple the government.

However, he did not give details about the matter involved, including the amount of SD obtained.

"Enough already (total number of SD) all, just counting days," he said briefly when asked to comment about the attempt to topple the government.

However, Opposition leaders office previously denied the claim that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong had given permission to the 118 MPs of the coalition to have an audience before His Majesty with their respective sworn statements.

He said the statement allegedly issued by the PN secretary-general Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin, as circulated on social media, was also false.

A media statement dated Jan 6 went viral claiming that PN was grateful because efforts to save the country were given green lights by His Majesty.

Lately, there has been a lot of talk about the 'Dubai Move’, allegedly planned by several parties to topple the unity government led by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

However, Anwar who is also the Pakatan Harapan Chairman (PH) insisted that the 'Dubai Move’ will not affect the unity government.
