'Zayn Rayyan forever in my heart', says mother

SHAH ALAM - A month and a half has passed since the loss of the special soul, the late Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin, and his antics and the way he was will always be remembered.

Zayn's mother Ismanira Abdul Manaf, 29, said that she always recalled the sweet memories with her son.

She said Zayn was playful and she remembered him vividly and that he was a part of her life that could never be erased adding that she missed Zayn whenever she thought of him.

"It is indeed difficult to forget the fondest memories with our special child, Zayn Rayyan. Memories of him always play in our family's thoughts. He is always in my heart.

"Although I leave it to Allah SWT, I don't know how long will this sadness completely heal," she told Sinar, today.

Ismanira said her family always prayed that Zayn would be among those blessed by Allah SWT.

She said there was nothing that she could ask for except for the happiness of Zayn and to be reunited with her son in the hereafter.

"With the permission of Allah SWT, we will meet again," she added.

She said although sometimes her heart was touched by sorrow, she tried to think positively to strengthen her spirit.

She said her husband and the entire family were always there to provide strength to face the tests from Allah SWT.

She said she was grateful to have a family who always encouraged her to continue with her life as normal daily.

She also thanked the public who have prayed for Zayn and for the words of encouragement for her and her family.

Ismanira also hoped that the authorities would capture the perpetrator responsible for her son's tragic death.

"Our family hopes for a miracle so that the culprit is caught and brought to justice," she said.
