Malaysian singer and celebrity chef, Datuk Fazley Yaakob, in collaboration with local company ENKÉ Malaysia, has introduced Malaysia’s first pastry-scented perfume collection, Pâtissier Pure Parfum.

Inspired by the artistry and craftsmanship of ‘pâtissiers,’ the French term for pastry chefs who undergo extensive training, Pâtissier Pure Parfum embodies the expertise, patience, and dedication required for success in any field.

In a press statement, owner of ENKÉ Malaysia, Mohd Rashidie Bin Ramli, expressed his gratitude towards Fazley, noting his success in the food and beverage industry as well as the fragrance industry, making him the perfect choice to be the brand ambassador for Pâtissier Parfum.

The collection debuts with three enchanting variants: Parisian Macarons, Lemon Meringue Pie, and Vanilla Cream Puff, each capturing the essence of beloved pastry delights.

Parisian Macarons delight with notes of almonds, pistachio, roses, vanilla, caramelised sugar, and musk, evoking the sweetness of the famous French dessert.

Lemon Meringue Pie offers a zesty blend of lemon, creamy undertones, buttery crust, and vanilla, reminiscent of a delectable pie.

Vanilla Cream Puff entices with rich vanilla, creamy pastry, caramel, and sugar, crafting a scent that exudes sweetness and allure.

Crafted in Muslim-friendly formulations without alcohol, the perfumes arrive in packaging inspired by French pastry boxes, enhancing the sensorial experience. The introductory price for the perfume set, comprising three 10ml bottles, is RM149.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Fazley Yaakob revealed that the collaboration idea to produce this product with ENKÉ Malaysia materialised through the dedication and willingness of ENKÉ in searching for a brand ambassador despite facing countless challenges and obstacles throughout their eight years of operation.
