Lucky homeowners reap fabulous rewards from LBS' Fabulous Extra 2022-23 Campaign

The developer which launched its campaign in 2022 to give away RM1.5 million in lucky draw prizes to prospective homebuyers. Homebuyers who purchased LBS' participating properties between July 1, 2022 and Dec 31, 2023 were automatically qualified for the lucky draw.
It was a vibrant atmosphere at KITA @ Cybersouth sales gallery where more than 1,400 attendees, comprising LBS buyers, homeseekers, and the lucky winners of the Fabulous Extra final draw were present to witness the giveaways.
Among its prizes were Perodua Axia(s), Rock Rider Bicycles, Panasonic televisions, home theatre sound systems, and SM Sport 110R motorcycles.

“Your steadfast support has been the cornerstone of our success during this grand finale, where we managed to distribute 17 Perodua Axias ," he added.
One of the winners who took home a Perodua Axia, Nur Azreen Mohammad Suhaimi, 40, said that she did not expect to win a car.
“I got a call last week regarding the lucky draw, and they told me that my name was drawn. I couldn't believe it as I’ve never been lucky in a lucky draw. The car would be very useful for me. Thank you LBS,” said the Leadership Development Manager at Teach4Malaysia.
Other homeowners walked away with consolation prizes such as hand-held vacuums, AI- powered vacuums, and many more.
