SHAH ALAM – The Iftar Ala Madinah@Karangkraf programme returns this year, offering the public the opportunity to break their fast throughout Ramadan.

Following the overwhelming response in previous years, the programme once again provides visitors with an experience similar to breaking fast at Masjid Nabawi, strengthening bonds among Muslims and the local community.

The programme runs from March 3 to March 27 and is open to 1,500 guests daily for free iftar, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Those interested in attending are reminded to register before 2pm each day by scanning the QR code on the official website here or by contacting the secretariat at 019-213 3315.

Besides enjoying the iftar meal, additional food stalls offering reasonably priced dishes will further enliven the Iftar Ala Madinah@Karangkraf experience this year.

As in previous years, the programme supports university and college students, single mothers, and those in need, as well as individuals unable to return home in time to break their fast with their families.

Additionally, those wishing to contribute to enhancing facilities for greater comfort, purchasing iftar essentials, or providing extra meals may donate to the Iftar Infaq Fund via Maybank account 564276529068 (Maybank-Sinar Karangkraf Sdn Bhd).
