Manchester United's Malaysian supporters club demand top 10 finish, cup triumph
Despite all the storms hitting the red side of Manchester at the moment, KLMRD president Muhammad Anderson Tan said they would never stop believing until they see the light at the end of the tunnel.

PETALING JAYA - A top 10 finish in the Premier League, a Europa League title and retain the FA Cup.
That’s all the Kuala Lumpur Mancunian Red Devils (KLMRD), one of Manchester United’s most passionate supporters' clubs in Malaysia, are asking for.
Despite all the storms hitting the red side of Manchester at the moment, KLMRD president Muhammad Anderson Tan said they would never stop believing until they see the light at the end of the tunnel.
"Manchester United should finish in the top 10 in the Premier League, nothing lower than that.
"We are still in the running in two more cup competitions -- the Europa League and FA Cup. I have confidence that we will win one of them or both,” he told a press conference on United Malaysia’s seventh annual dinner and charity gala here today.
The 13-time Premier League champions are going through one of their worst seasons, lying 15th in the league at the moment with 30 points after 26 games.
The Red Devils' worst point tally in the Premier League was in the 2021/2022 season when they finished sixth with 58 points.
While acknowledging the qualities of head coach Ruben Amorim, Muhammad Anderson hoped that the players would improve their attitude on the pitch and demonstrate love and fight for the badge.
Meanwhile, he hopes that the annual dinner and charity gala, which will be held on July 12 at a hotel here, would raise at least RM10,000 in aid of the Down Syndrome Association Malaysia as well as supporting future initiatives for the supporters club.
Muhammad Anderson said there are plans to invite former Manchester United players to the event, with hopes that at least two lucky winners will stand a chance to visit Old Trafford.
Tickets for the event will be available for purchase starting March 1, through the ticketing platform Ticket2u (www.ticket2u.com.my), priced between RM250 and RM3,500 with early bird discounts of five per cent offered until March 31.
KLMRD is part of United Malaysia, an official supporters club affiliated with the Manchester United football club of Old Trafford. - BERNAMA
