Bella Astillah stands by Syed Saddiq at court

PUTRAJAYA - Celebrity Bella Astillah turned heads when she was spotted at the Court of Appeal on Wednesday, standing by Muar Member of Parliament (MP) Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman as he faced his legal battle.
Bella, dressed elegantly in a traditional ‘baju kurung’, arrived at the court at 8.40am, capturing public attention with her presence.
Speaking to the media, Syed Saddiq expressed his gratitude for Bella’s support.
"I am deeply indebted to her," he said during a press conference.
The court proceedings were scheduled for Saddiq’s appeal against his conviction and sentence.
The 33-year-old politician is appealing against a seven-year prison term, two strokes of the cane and a RM10 million fine for four offences linked to the Angkatan Bersatu Anak Muda (Armada) funds.
This is not the first time Bella has shown her support for Saddiq. Previously, she accompanied him to a Dewan Rakyat session, where they both dressed in coordinated traditional attire – Saddiq in a ‘baju Melayu’ and Bella in a matching ‘baju kurung’.
