PUTRAJAYA – Former PKR Secretary-General Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail has stated that he has yet to decide whether he will challenge Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli for the position of PKR deputy president in the upcoming party election.

The Home Minister said he recently held a closed-door meeting with Rafizi at the deputy president’s office to discuss their respective roles in strengthening the party.

“I’m aware that there are voices from certain quarters saying it’s time for me to make an announcement regarding this matter.

“However, I have not made any decision on whether I will contest or not,” he said.

He made the statement during a press conference after attending the monthly assembly with staff of the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) here today.
