SHAH ALAM – A male customer was left shocked after discovering a nail in his chicken dish at a local eatery.

In a video that has gone viral on TikTok, the man is seen calling over a staff member to report the incident.

He claims the nail was found while he was eating his meal.

The staff member promptly removed the dish and replaced it with a new one.

The video has sparked a variety of reactions from netizens, many of whom raised concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness standards.

Some suggested that the customer file a complaint with the relevant authorities, including the Health Ministry (KKM), for appropriate action.

One TikTok user urged the customer to file a complaint with KKM to ensure greater accountability among food vendors.

“File a complaint with KKM so that food vendors are held more accountable,” the user wrote.

Another user recommended that the customer take legal action against the restaurant for negligence in food handling.
