GAZA - Twenty Palestinians were killed and dozens injured on Wednesday when a truck carrying aid overturned onto a crowd in the central Gaza Strip, the Palestine News & Info Agency (WAFA) quoted medical sources.

According to local sources, the incident occurred as large numbers of civilians, many suffering from severe hunger, gathered to receive humanitarian aid amid the ongoing blockade and military aggression.

They said the truck overturned after Israeli occupation forces allegedly forced it to use an unsafe road.
