Pupil in critical condition after alleged push at school, mother seeks public prayers
Aisyah is now fighting for her life after being pushed, causing her skull to crack, internal bleeding and leaving her unconscious.

SHAH ALAM – As concerns over school bullying continue to grow, a deeply upsetting case came to light, this time involving a young girl left in critical condition after allegedly being pushed by another pupil.
The incident occurred recently, prompting the girl's mother to appeal to the public for prayers and support for her daughter, who she said was injured by a friend.
In a Facebook post, Zalinda Lin revealed that her daughter, Aisyah Sofia Rohaizan, suffered a fractured skull and internal bleeding in the brain. The primary school pupil remained unconscious due to the severity of her injuries.
“With deep humility, I ask all friends, family and loved ones to pray for my daughter, Aisyah who is now fighting for her life after being pushed, causing her skull to crack, internal bleeding and leaving her unconscious.
“I can’t begin to understand how strong the push must have been to cause such harm. I accept what has happened and am trying to keep my heart open,” she wrote on Tuesday.
She also shared a photo of Aisyah in her school uniform.
The post has since been shared more than 16,000 times, with nearly 4,000 comments offering compassion and prayers for Aisyah’s recovery.
Zalinda hopes her daughter would recover fully and return to the bright, cheerful child she once was.
“May Allah grant her complete healing, ease her treatment process, protect her from any complications and return her smile and happiness as before.
“May one of your prayers be the one God answers. Amin…,” she wrote.
As of 10 hours after the post, no further updates on Aisyah’s condition had been shared.
Meanwhile, special prayers and a Yasin recitation were held at the Sultanah Aminah Hospital in Johor Bahru, where she was receiving treatment.
In a Facebook post, the Johor State Education Department expressed concern over the incident, sharing that its director Mohd Hanafi Samad, along with staff as well as Mersing District Education Officer Saiful Atan held a Yasin recitation and prayer session for Aisyah who is a pupil from SK Felda Tenggaroh 4, Mersing.
It is understood that Hanafi, accompanied by several education officials, headteachers and teachers had also paid a visit to the hospital to show moral support to Aisyah’s family.
Sinar Daily had also attempted to reach out to Zalinda for an update, but has yet to receive a response.
