Breaking Misconceptions: Why Islamophobia Persists and How Muslims Must Respond

For Founder and President of Al Khaadem Datuk Dr Sheikh Hussain Yee, as a revert, he reminds us that Islam’s beauty lies in its universality: one faith, one language of prayer, uniting people across races and nations.

Having engaged in interfaith dialogues across the world, Sheikh Hussain observes that many societies struggle to accept divine truth, preferring human interpretations of reality. 

At the same time, he acknowledges the challenges. Islamophobia persists, often fueled by misunderstanding and hidden agendas. 

But he calls for introspection, admitting that Muslims themselves sometimes fail to set the best example of Islam. 

Through his journey, Sheikh Hussain Yee stands as a witness to Islam’s truth and as a voice urging Muslims to live by example, letting actions speak louder than words.
