24 Hours to Leave Everything Behind: Inside the Global Sumud Flotilla

In this heartfelt conversation with Global Sumud Flotilla activist Iylia Balqis, she shares the raw and unfiltered reality behind her journey to Gaza. 

Unlike public figures or celebrity influencers who were expected to be shortlisted for the mission, Iylia never imagined she would be selected "with only a 10 per cent chance” in her mind.

What followed was pure chaos, just 24 hours to prepare for a life-risking humanitarian voyage. No proper briefing, no clear packing list, no time with family. Just go.
