Held in collaboration with Sime Darby, Girls 4 Girls Malaysia and KLGCC Mall, the event marks the soft launch of Kuala Lumpur’s hottest new luxury mall and promises an evening of thought-provoking conversations and fresh perspectives.

This special edition of Sinar Daily Talk will shine a light on how both men and women can work together to create more empathetic, mentally healthy and balanced leadership in today’s world.
In line with Movember, the global movement dedicated to men’s health and wellbeing, the talk aims to open up real, meaningful conversations about emotional balance, understanding and teamwork between genders, both in professional and personal spaces.
The session will feature a dynamic panel of speakers — Alana Dunsmore, content creator, entrepreneur and founder of traditional Scottish treat brand Goldies; Sarah Shah Nor, director of skincare brand Cuura; and Dr Ibrahim Shahruddin, dentist, managing director of iCARE Dental and vice-president of the Malaysian Association of Aesthetic Dentistry.
They will share their experiences and insights through three key topics — "The Mind Behind Leadership", "Balance, Bias and Better Workplaces" and "Leading Forward – Together."
Moderated by Girls4Girls Malaysia deputy country lead Fildzah Zulkifli, the session promises an honest and uplifting exchange on how to lead with empathy, awareness and balance because leadership is not about gender.
