Cabinet reshuffle in two or three weeks?
Tengku Zafrul is the only senator among them to have served two terms, compared to the other three.

PUTRAJAYA – Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir has hinted that a Cabinet reshuffle may take place within the next two or three weeks.
Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Putrajaya Idea Festival (FOI), Zambry expressed hope that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim would continue to support the organisation of the festival in the coming years, even though his own position as a Cabinet minister remains uncertain.
“So once again, I hope for the Prime Minister’s unwavering support in the years ahead.
"Whether I remain a Cabinet minister or not, that’s secondary, this is a national agenda.
"The PM (Anwar) just smiled and gave a signal, because my time might be up in two or three weeks,” he said at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) on Friday.
Zambry, who is also the Barisan Nasional (BN) Secretary-General, was sworn in as a Senator on December 2, 2022, at Istana Negara before being appointed Defence Minister, and later, Minister of Higher Education.
Also sworn in on the same date were Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar, and Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.
Tengku Zafrul is the only senator among them to have served two terms, compared to the other three.
