Selangor civil servants receive three months' salary bonus

The incentive was a token of appreciation and aimed to motivate civil servants who have worked together to develop Selangor.

SHAH ALAM - The Selangor state government today announced a Special Financial Incentive (BKK) of three months’ salary for civil servants in the state.

Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the incentive was a token of appreciation and aimed to motivate civil servants who have worked together to develop Selangor.

"BKK of one-and-a-half months’ salary has been channelled early this year, while the second BKK of another one-and-a-half months, or a minimum of RM1,000 will be channelled on Dec 18, 2025,” he said during the Selangor Budget 2026 that was tabled at the Selangor state assembly here today.

Amirudin said community leaders (MPKK), relations officers of Kampung Baru, Bagan, and Tersusun, Indian Community chiefs, Wanita Berdaya supervisors and Penggerak Belia Selangor will receive one-month allowances.

"Mosque staff will receive RM500 from donations of the state government via Menteri Besar (Incorporated),” he added. - BERNAMA
