Popular Sabah singer Abu Bakar Ellah, who contested under Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM), has lost after incumbent Datuk Masiung Banah reportedly succeeded in retaining the seat.
KOTA KINABALU – Popular Sabah singer Abu Bakar Ellah, who contested under Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM), has lost after incumbent Datuk Masiung Banah reportedly succeeded in retaining the seat.
In the unofficial results, Abu Bakar Ellah, better known as Ampal, was among eight candidates contesting the Kuamut state seat.
As of 8.50pm, GRS is leading the early unofficial tally with 22 seats.
