SHAH ALAM - Former Umno youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin has submitted an appeal letter to rejoin the party on Sunday.

The development was shared by party president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in a Facebook post, today.

“Alhamdulillah, in the blessings of the 26th night of Ramadan yesterday, I received a visit from Khairy, who came to submit an appeal letter to return to Umno.

“This is among the true meanings of Rumah Bangsa — an effort to reunite those who were once separated, to bring closer those who had grown apart and to gather us again as one big family in the struggle,” he said.
