Missing paranormal influencer found weak in Botanical Garden toilet
He was conducting a live broadcast about paranormal activities at a resort when it was suddenly cut off.
Melaka - A man who went missing more than three days ago was found in a weak state in a public toilet near Skytrex Adventure Melaka in the Botanical Gardens here on Sunday.
Melaka Fire and Rescue Department Public Relations Officer Deputy Fire Supt II Mohd Hafidzatullah Rashid said the man, 34, was found by a passer-by at 3.03pmand was sent to Melaka Hospital for further treatment.
"The Fire Department received a call about a missing man on 12.18pm and two fire engines from Ayer Keroh Fire and Rescue Station with seven firefighters were dispatched to the location in under a minute.
"The firefighters conducted a search at a resort around the Botanical Gardens,” he said in a statement yesterday.
Meanwhile, Acting Melaka Tengah district police chief Supt Halim Abas said that the victim, who is believed to have a social media account, was reportedly conducting a live broadcast about paranormal activities at a resort at 8.30pm on June 19 when the broadcast was cut off at 9pm.
The victim’s friend tried to contact the victim’s phone and sent a Whatsapp message but did not receive any answer before a report about him going missing was lodged. - BERNAMA
