KOTA BHARU - Perikatan Nasional (PN) has hinted at “surprise” offers for voters in Johor, with its election manifesto set to be announced soon.

Its secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said the manifesto is in its final stages before being officially launched as the coalition’s offer to voters.

“We have a manifesto, it will be released soon,” he said in a press conference, last night.

He was speaking after attending the Kota Bharu Pas annual general meeting, which was officiated by Jerantut MP Khiril Nizam Khirudin.

However, Takiyuddin, who is also Kota Bharu MP, declined to reveal details of the manifesto but suggested that it would contain some unexpected elements.

He said he was not directly responsible for drafting the manifesto, as the matter is handled by the party’s election committee.

In a separate development, he said Pas has already made early preparations for the Negeri Sembilan state election.
