Woman dies after exiting 'haunted house'
Preliminary investigations suggest she likely suffered a heart attack after being startled by performers dressed as ghosts.

TULUNGAGUNG – A woman died shortly after exiting a haunted house attraction at an entertainment venue.
The victim, identified as 39-year-old BNW from Beji Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency in East Java, Indonesia, died suddenly on Wednesday.
Preliminary investigations suggest she likely suffered a heart attack after being startled by performers dressed as ghosts.
Tulungagung Police Patrol Unit chief Ipda Hendra Endy Purwanto said BNW had visited the shopping mall with her child.
"She entered the haunted house alone. About five minutes later, she came out with other visitors and sat on a chair.
"However, when she tried to stand up again, she collapsed and lost consciousness. Staff at the complex immediately attempted to provide first aid and contacted medical personnel," he said.
He added that an examination by staff from RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung and the INAFIS forensic unit of the Tulungagung Police found that the victim had hypertension.
Her high blood pressure was first diagnosed during a recent medical screening for prospective Hajj pilgrims.
While in Saudi Arabia for the pilgrimage, she was also reported to have fainted several times.
Her body was later taken to the hospital's Forensic and Medicolegal Unit for funeral arrangements.
Her family accepted the incident as a tragedy and declined to have an autopsy performed.
