SEREMBAN - Pas president Tan Sri Abdul Hadi Awang arrived at the Negeri Sembilan Pas Complex in Kampung Ismail, Ampangan here on Saturday to follow the latest developments of the Negeri Sembilan polls results with Perikatan Nasional (PN) leaders.

His arrival was greeted by supporters who had gathered at the operations centre to await the official results after the voting process concluded.

As of tonight, PN has reportedly taken the lead in four State Legislative Assembly seats — Serting, Ampangan, Paroi and Bagan Pinang — based on unofficial results received at the party’s operations centre.

For the Negeri Sembilan polls, Pas, representing PN, fielded five candidates namely Mohd Fairuz Mohd Isa in Serting, P.M. Kumar in Lobak, Datuk Dr Mohamad Rafie Ab. Malek in Ampangan, Kamarol Ridzuan Mohd Zain in Paroi and Abdul Fatah Zakaria in Bagan Pinang.

The atmosphere at the Negeri Sembilan Pas Complex remained calm, with supporters continuing to follow updates on the results while awaiting the official announcement from the Election Commission.
