Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram will lead the defence team in Sam Ke Ting's appeal against her conviction and jail sentence for reckless driving which caused the death of eight teenagers who were riding 'basikal lajak'.

KUALA TERENGGANU, 6 Nov -- Dua remaja bersama basikal lajak mereka ketika tinjauan fotoBernama di Bukit Besar baru-baru ini.
Dek kerana terlalu minat dengan basikal lajak, ada dalam kalangan kanak-kanak dan remaja yang sanggup bekerja di kandang kambing selepas waktu sekolah.
Ada juga di antara yang ditemui Bernama berkata mereka terpaksa 'mengikat perut' dan tidak membeli makanan di sekolah asalkan dapat memiliki basikal lajak yang diidamkan.
