The case is being investigated under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001 for abuse, neglect, abandonment or exposure of a child in a manner likely to cause physical and emotional injury.

An autopsy on a two-year-old boy who was found dead in a car on Jalan Tunku Hassan here on Tuesday revealed no physical injuries or damage to internal organs.

The boy was pronounced dead by a medical team at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital before being sent to Rembau Hospital for an autopsy to determine cause of death.
