Cases of illegal rat poison poisoning are showing a worrying trend, as the majority of reported victims are children aged between one and four years old.

The 11-year-old boy who died in an alleged methadone poisoning case in Sungai Ramal Baru here on Wednesday had written a note to his friends prior to the incident.
