A businessman was charged in the Sessions Court here today with being a member of an organised crime group known as ‘Geng TR’ between 2019 and 2024.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department director Datuk M. Kumar said the susoect, who is a member of the organised crime group Geng TR, was arrested with the cooperation of Indian and Thai authorities while on a flight from Chennai, India to Bangkok, Thailand before being brought back to Malaysia.
