A man who shot his younger brother dead and threatened to shoot anyone approaching their house compound in Kampung Kangkawang, Tenom, on Sunday, was shot dead by the police.

The incident was believed to involve two suspects on a motorcycle, dressed in dark clothing and wearing full-face helmets, while the victim was driving alone. - Bernama photo

An elderly married couple pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to charges of possessing a firearm, ammunition and drugs at a house in Taman Sri Kluang on Jan 22.
