In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said its revenue increased 7.08 per cent to RM173.22 million compared to RM161.77 million in Q1 FY2022. 

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Pos Malaysia said its revenue slid to RM482.27 million in 1Q FY2023 from RM484.35 million previously.

In a statement today, Sapura Energy said the full-year results for FY2023 are showing noteworthy progress in its efforts to regain operational stability.

The national oil company recorded an all-time high revenue of RM375.3 billion in FY2022 from RM248.0 billion year-on-year (y-o-y), a jump of 100 per cent mainly due to the favourable price impact for major products aligned with higher benchmark prices.

Yesterday, Pharmaniaga reported a net loss of RM607.32 million for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022 (FY2022) against a net profit of RM172.15 million in the previous year.

The electric utility says despite the 16.5 per cent higher operating profit, earnings were lower due mainly to higher finance cost and tax expenses, including an additional tax in the form of Cukai Makmur totalling RM340.8 million for the year. 

Public Bank said the gross loans grew by RM18.9 billion or 5.3 per cent to RM376.9 billion as at Dec 31, 2022, from RM358.0 billion a year ago, mainly driven by growth in mortgage financing and hire purchase financing.

The dividend involves the distribution of RM8.9 billion which will benefit 10.6 million unit holders who hold 186.4 billion units in ASB.

Bank Islam has also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) would apply to the entire interim dividend. - FILE PIX
