A lawyer on behalf of Tun Dr Daim Zainuddin told the Sessions Court here on Monday that the former Finance Minister was not only blind in one eye, but also had stroke several years ago.

Former finance minister, Tun Daim Zainuddin, pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here today to a charge of failing to comply with a notice from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) by not declaring 70 of his assets and one bank account in December last year.
