A construction worker was sentenced to three years in prison and one stroke of the cane by the Sessions Court today after pleading guilty to committing physical sexual assault on a girl in an elevator last week.

The Court of Appeal today upheld the 50-year-jail sentence imposed on a man convicted of two counts of incest with his 14-year-old daughter.
