The FIFA Appeals Committee upheld the penalty imposed by the body's Disciplinary Committee against FAM and the seven heritage players for offences related to document forgery under Article 22 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC).

The sanctions were imposed by FIFA’s Disciplinary Committee after the players were found to have breached Article 22 of the FDC relating to document falsification, with FAM itself fined CHF350,000 (RM1.8 million). - BERNAMA FILE PIX
