The Court of Appeal fixed May 5 for case management of the appeals by four former Penang assemblymen over the dismissal of their lawsuits to challenge the validity of a motion passed by the State Legislative Assembly for them to vacate their seats.

The Penang High Court has fixed March 3, to hear amendments in the case relating to four state assemblymen who filed for an injunction against the Penang state assembly on a motion to vacate their seats.
