The Court of Appeal today upheld a 15-year prison term and three strokes of the cane imposed on a former police officer for committing incest with his sister-in-law.

The High Court today found the 13 male students of Lahad Datu Vocational College who were jointly charged with causing the death of fellow student Mohamad Nazmie Aizzat Mohd Narul Azwan, 17, last year, guilty of the offence.

The 41-year-old man is accused of committing the offences at a house in Taman Tambak Paya Harmoni, Melaka Tengah, against his 18-year-old daughter between May 12 and Aug 6.
