PARIS, Sept 3 -- National para badminton champion Cheah Liek Hou has successfully defended his men's singles SU5 (physical impairment) Paralympic gold medal, securing Malaysia's first gold at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games today. Liek Hou lived up to his top-seed status by defeating Suryo Nugroho of Indonesia 21-13, 21-15 in 42 minutes at the Porte de La Chapelle Arena. (BERNAMA PHOTO)
