The High Court here was told today that former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak betrayed the public's trust by misusing SRC International Sdn Bhd’s RM42 million that were meant to benefit Malaysia’s energy future and civil service pensioners.

The Federal Court has fixed three days from Nov 10 to hear the prosecution’s appeal against the acquittal of Samirah Muzaffar and two teenagers who were charged with the murder of former Cradle Fund CEO Nazrin Hassan.

The Attorney General (AG) failed in his appeal at the Federal Court here on Wednesday to overturn a decision allowing Datuk Seri Najib Razak to commence judicial review proceedings for an order compelling the government or six other parties to answer and confirm the existence of the Addendum Order.
