Some parents voice concerns over school closure due to the pandemic while many others gripe about the rising cost in school supplies.

Dang Wangi district police chief, ACP Noor Dellhan Yahaya, said during the 1am raid, 27 individuals, including a foreign man and woman, aged between 35 and 41, were detained.

A total of 1,338 victims were identified to be affected by the fire involving about 700 homes in the village in Jalan Apas of Kurnia Jaya Village, Batu 4, Tawau.
