Russian troops in Ukraine

The ICJ released a statement late Sunday saying Ukraine filed the application proceedings against Russia, requesting the court to indicate "provisional measures.”

The committee chairman Salahuddin Ayub says they call on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob and Minister of Foreign Datuk Seri Saifuddin Abdullah "to make a stand and to call out this act of tyranny and oppression" by Russia on Ukraine.
